The two ingredients to building muscle are progressive overload and quality volume.
This app helps you take a calculated approach to planning your workouts so you can consistently improve over time. For each exercise you do, the app will track your sets, reps, weight lifted, and rest intervals. When you do an exercise again, you’ll be able to see your previous data (sets, reps, weight lifted, and rest intervals). By getting a complete picture of exactly what you did before, you’ll be able to lift heavier, do more reps, add sets, and/or manipulate your rest intervals to ensure you’re getting better over time. You’ll be able to train smarter and harder than ever before.
Every time you lift, how much weight you lift will be recorded and distributed across your muscle groups. For example, if you do 4 sets of bench press, the weight you lift in those 4 sets will be distributed to the muscles involved in the bench press (your chest, shoulders, and triceps). All the weight you lift, every exercise, every workout, involving all your muscle groups will be recorded, and then you can see how much volume you loaded each muscle with.
By comparing your progress pics with the weight lifted for each muscle group, you’ll be able to see what you were doing when you looked your best. Furthermore, by comparing your strength progress with the weight lifted for each muscle group, you’ll also be able to see the perfect amount of load that helps you get stronger, faster. Avoid undertraining, avoid overtraining, and find the perfect volume for each of your muscle groups that helps you grow the fastest, look your best, and be your strongest! This is the most tactical and personalized approach to training ever invented.

This app holds you accountable by giving you feedback on the quality of your training, nutrition adherence, sleep quantity, and stress management. If one of these areas is limiting your progress, you’ll be notified so you can make the necessary adjustments to stay on track and reach your goals faster.
This app has a workout log that allows you to record your sets, reps, weight lifted, and rest intervals. Additionally, you can see your data the last time you performed a specific exercise so you know how to progress your overload the next time you’re in the gym. Plan your workouts more strategically to push outside of your comfort zone, get stronger, and transform your physique faster.
This app helps you identify variables that might limit your progress outside of the gym and helps you train more strategically to improve your workout quality in the gym. If you’re working smarter both outside and inside of the gym, you will see positive changes in your body faster. This app will put your progress in motion, and the first law of physics states that an object in motion stays in motion. It’s easier to stay consistent when you’re seeing results!

This app allows you to track all of the variables that affect fat loss. Your sleep, stress, fatigue, steps per day, nutrition consistency, workout quality, mood, and feelings determine how quickly you shred body fat. If one specific area starts to slack, you’ll know which area it is so you can address that area before it causes you to have a fat loss plateau. Avoiding frustrations and plateaus is much easier if you know exactly what the cause is.
Additionally, you’ll be able to see your data next to your progress pics so you can see when you looked your best and what you were doing when you looked your best. How much were you sleeping? How much were you eating? How many steps per day did you get? How was your general stress and fatigue level? Getting behavioral insight is the key to form positive habits that promote fat loss and keep the fat off after you lose it.

The training feature of this app is engineered by a PhD in Exercise Physiology who eats, breathes, and sleeps physique science. Because the architect is an evidence-led lifter and designed this app for his fellow lifters, the workout tracking is more science-oriented, detailed, and practical than any other app on the market.
Firstly, the exercise library you can choose from has more specific variations of exercises than any other app. We don’t list “lat pulldowns” like other apps; we get specific. A lat pulldown can have an assortment of equipment attachments, hand grips, and involve one or both arms.
Therefore, we provide a complete library that encompasses all the exercise variations you need to record your workouts with great specificity. Accurate exercise tracking is a necessity to achieve the fastest results.

Furthermore, you can build and save workouts, then track your exercise performance specific for that workout. For example, you can build a workout called “LEGenDArY” featuring a 5 rep max out on squats and leg press. Your exercise data will save for your “LEGenDArY” workout. Then, you can perform future workouts featuring squats and leg press. You can track the last time you did squats and leg press each workout to ensure you’re progressing from week to week. Finally, you can revisit your “LEGenDArY” workout, see data specific to that workout, and overreach relative to what you did last time during your LEGenDArY workout.
You can track your general exercise performance and exercise performance specific to a saved workout to obtain the most thorough insight on your training. Workout programming, executing a routine, and monitoring your progress from week to week and month to month have been simplified.
Lastly and most importantly, you can train smarter and learn what each of your muscles responds best to (see “How will this app help me build muscle?” above).

The color-coded calendar gives you feedback based on your training quality, nutrition consistency, sleep quantity, and stress management. Each day you’ll record information about yourself, and the calendar will change colors based on your data.
• If you’re on top of your game in all areas, the day will be coded red.
• If you’re doing a good job, but there’s room for improvement, the day will be coded purple.
• If you’re slacking, the day will be coded blue.
The goal is to build hot streaks (consecutive great days) and load your calendar with as much red as possible. If you look back on a month and it’s filled with red, you’re going to rapidly progress. If you look back on a month and there’s a lot of purple or blue, your progress will be slower. You have a quick color-coded system to gain feedback about your behaviors, stay motivated in the main areas that influence your physique, and ensure your expectations match reality.

If you’re on top of your game, the day is coded red
Fill the month with a lot of red days → rapidly progress
Fill the month with purple or blue days → slow or no progress

The physique GPA is a grade derived from the 4 areas that most influence how you look and perform: training, nutrition, sleep, and stress.
Based on the data you record, you’ll receive an individual grade for each key area and all the areas will be averaged into your cumulative Physique GPA. The Physique GPA gives you an honest review of your lifestyle choices. Don’t expect an A+ body if you’re giving C+ effort in a critical area that influences your physique and performance. Personal accountability fosters success, and your Physique GPA will hold you accountable.

You can record daily information about your training, nutrition, and life quality in the Data Hub.
For the training category, you select training or rest day. If it’s a training day, record your workout quality, intensity, sets relative to your norm, and if you hit a personal record for the muscles you trained. The volume for each muscle group will be automatically calculated based on your workout data in the Training section. No worries on entering data for volume as it’s done for you.
For the nutrition category, you can record your calorie intake, macros, caffeine, alcohol, total meals consumed, total meals where you stuck to your plan, and if you ate extra snacks. You can build, save, and upload nutrition plans to help make data entry go faster.
For the life quality section, you record your steps, sleep, time stretched, if you foam rolled, mood, stress, body fatigue, and time management. You can track all the variables that influence how you look, feel, and perform.
Lastly, you can record body measurements and upload progress pictures as often as you’d like. We advise you record your weight every day when you first wake up to get the most accurate representation of your relationship with gravity. We advise you also measure the circumference of your muscles and take progress pics every 2 weeks. Combining the body measurement data and progress pics with the other variables is how you understand what helps you rapidly build muscle, shred fat, and improve your aesthetics.

Of course! You can record how many drinks you consume in the nutrition category of the Data Hub.
The interactive calendar in the Data Hub also gives you feedback on when you were drinking. A beer icon will appear on days you consume alcohol.
Lastly, you can view your average alcohol intake per week, month, and year in the Analyze section.
If you’re on your Ps and Qs in all areas, but consuming a little too much alcohol, you’ll have multiple ways to see how alcohol is impacting your physique, performance, and health.

To get progress pictures, we advise you mount your phone then record a video of yourself posing. Watch the video and take screen shots of specific poses to acquire a library of progress pics. Using a similar angle, lighting, and time of day helps you get the most accurate representation of how your physique is changing from week to week.
When logging your information in the Data Hub, you’ll see a category labeled “PROGRESS PICTURES” where you can take and upload pictures from your camera roll.

You can view your progress pics in the Analyze section. You can see all of your pictures organized in rows and view specific pictures larger by clicking the picture. Below each full screen picture, you’ll be able to see your mood and feelings from the day you uploaded that specific picture. If you aren’t looking your best in the photo, but you were dehydrated and had back pain which limited your training, you’ll understand why you looked the way you did. Gaining knowledge about how your feelings and physique interact will help you be more mindful about the lifestyle choices that bring the best out of you.
You can also look at your graphical data next to your pictures by clicking the dropdown arrow on your progress pics, then clicking the dropdown arrow on the various categories of data (training, nutrition, life quality, and body measurements). Look at your pics next to your graphs so you can see exactly how you were looking when you ate ____ calories, slept ____ hours, lifted with _____ volume, had _____ stress level, etc. Having awareness of your exact behaviors when you looked great and not so great makes it easy to repeat the good behaviors and eliminate the bad behaviors.
The app gives you the ability to understand the relationship among how you look, your mood, feelings, and behaviors.

In the Training section you can build and save workouts. You’ll fill the workout with the various exercises you perform. Record your sets, reps, weight lifted, and rest intervals for each exercise. When you finish, you can save the workout if you’d like to and see your workout summary. Saving a workout allows you to name the workout, then easily find it in your Saved Workouts folder if you’d like to repeat it later. If you don’t save a workout, you can still see the workout data in your History folder. All completed workouts will either be saved and located to the Saved Workouts folder or finished and located to the History folder. The app allows you to keep a more detailed and thorough log of your training than ever before.

Volume is how much total weight you lift. Volume per muscle group is calculated as how much total weight you lift each exercise distributed across the muscles involved in that exercise. For example, if you do 3 sets of squats at 10 reps each and squat 300 pounds, volume will be calculated as (3 * 10 * 300) lifting 9,000 total pounds. The 9,000 pounds will be distributed across the muscles involved in the squat: abs, back, glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Every exercise you record in the Training section will have volume calculated automatically for you, even the bodyweight exercises.
In the Exercise section of the app, you can adjust which muscles are involved in each exercise as well as change the percent of the load they receive. Every exercise in the app comes with a default setting of loading the muscles, but you can tailor each exercise to how you feel it. There’s no right or wrong answer on which muscles you choose to be involved in the exercise or how much load you place on each muscle because everyone’s form is a little different.

In the Analyze section, you can view how much total weight you lift (volume) for each of your muscle groups. Quality volume is the most influential determinant of muscle growth. By tracking how much volume you do and comparing it to your body circumference measurements and progress pics, you can learn what each of your muscle groups responds best to.
